DEWCY was born out of the idea that clean beauty didn’t mean clean at all. This conscious beauty brand focuses on fair trade, sustainable products, supply transparency and eco friendly and repurposing packaging.
The first DEWCY product I’ve tried and love is the dermaplaner kit which helps to remove fine facial hair (peach fuzz) in few minutes with no pain nor irritation. Already reviewed on my feed.
They recently launched #NOFILTER Miracle Oil which is a wonderful multi tasking product. It can be used as a cleanser, facial oil, overnight treatment, body moisturiser, nail and cuticle oil and also as an highlighter or as a hair mask.
This oil only contains organic cold pressed Camellia Japonica oil from The Izu Islands, a volcanic rich soil perfect for farming Camellia. The nourishing oil has been used by Japanese women for many years. It contains oleic acid which helps to protect the skin barrier and infuses antioxidants into the skin.
The oil is fragrance free and perfect for sensitive skin types. It works well both as a first and/or second cleanser and I can remove the excess with a cloth and leaves my skin nourishing and moistures. I’ve also added a few drops in top of my moisturiser and used it on my legs and hands. I love the fact that it only contains one ingredient but it works beautifully. Less is more and this is a proof. I need to try it on my hair next.
The bottle is gorgeous and the box is reusable too. I’m using it as a hand cream storage at the moment.
If you are looking for a great multi purpose oil look no further. Great product combined with great company ethos.

I for one cannot get enough of Vitamin C in my morning routine and lately at times in my evening routine too!
Before I jump into this product, I want to once again tell you why I always jump at an opportunity to try out @dewcyskincare products.
The brand is always trying to do better in all areas from educational information to sustainability and if you haven’t read Sarah’s story on their website, I would suggest you go and check it out, simply inspiring!
Now on to the newly launched Dew believe in Magic Vit-C Radiance Balm. I for one haven’t really given balms a fair chance as I always find them too thick and heavy and almost suffocating.
This product has change my mind enormously as it is just the most gorgeous thing you can put on your face!
It’s a concentrated waterless face balm to help repair skin barrier, brighten and restore radiance. Let’s face it, reaching 43 soon that’s exactly what I’m looking to achieve where pesky dark sports are on the horizon!
A tiny pea size goes a long way and I love to use it in my evening routine to lock in everything and I swear in the morning the suppleness in my skin is definitely noticeable.
You’d think it might be too greasy to apply it under makeup but it’s not and hear it from an oily skin gal! I literally take the tiniest amount and go in with my makeup. What I find is that it helps spread my foundation easier and more evenly!
Now on to the ingredients…..
Camu Camu and Kakadu Plum both containing the highest levels of Vitamin C of any fruit, are the two key ingredients to help brighten and even out skin tone.
Lapacho Bark Extract is known for its anti-ageing properties and Hibiscus for its skin-firming powers packed with antioxidants.
It also contains AHA to exfoliant to get rid of the layers we want gone and smooth out the skin.
It’s a jar full of natural goodness, antioxidants and power ingredients to nourish and maintain a healthy skin barrier and it’s become the balm in my routine!

“My thoughts....these are lovely to use, very safe, as there is not a direct blade, rather moulded to do exactly what they should and cut the hair instead of skin per se. The blade is slightly grooved for safety and gives a very comfortable experience but still was able to feel really smooth skin. The precision of these are excellent, all areas could be reached, handles are very sturdy and there’s a lid. Videos are available online to watch beforehand with a recommendation to use maximum once per week. Hands up I have bought cheap replicas of these from China made of plastic previously, so I applaud a sustainable alternative. My skin feels baby soft, really enjoyed using these!”

I first tried Camellia Japanese Oil over 22 years ago when Victoria Beckham and I were preggers at the same time! Us being mates an all. She mentioned how incredible it was at helping prevent stretch marks and hydrating pregnant skin - She wasn't wrong!

I wanted to share one of @dewcyskincare ‘s newest balms! The vitamin - C radiance balm has the most stunning rich texture but soaks straight into the skin! Those dry skin types will absolutely love this product as it leaves your skin feeling so hydrated but also visibly glowing! It contains vitamin C so with continued use it will brighten the skin and give it that extra zing it needs! It is waterless therefore not bulked up with useless ingredients and the powerful antioxidants also help to prevent premature ageing. It is all round a really enjoyable product to use! I particularly love to use it under my makeup as it stops it from going cakey!

The Miracle oil is multipurpose - I love the size. I’ve seen a lot of multipurpose products are generally they are small in size. You can use this as a cleanser, face mask, nail oil and many more. I opted for using this as a hair mask. Before I do my roots I always use very hydrating products so that my hair doesn’t feel like straw after I’ve bleached it. This really helped soften my hair and I use it for the next number of days to keep the dryness at bay. It’s a nice addition to my haircare routine.
The Facial Dermaplaner is a good tool as it helps make my skin soft.

Something I've been loving using over the past couple of weeks is the Dewcy #NoFilter Miracle Oil.
It's Camellia Oil which is very hydrating and helps keep skin supple.
There are lots of ways to use it (hair mask, hair oil, first cleanse, body oil, massage oil, beard oil, facial oil, nail oil, and instead of using shaving foam).
The ways I've been using it so far are as a hair mask and as a body oil.
For a hair mask I basically cover my hair in it when it's dry, massage it in, leave it on for a couple of hours while I get on with other things, and then shampoo out. My hair looks super shiny and looks/feels healthier afterwards.
My fave way to use it is as a body oil. It isn't one I like to layer with a lotion or body cream, it works best on it's own. I apply it after a shower while my skin is still damp and it spreads easily over my skin. Initially it feels quite thick compared to others I've used, but when I start to rub it in it starts to feel very silky on my body.
It doesn't take long to absorb and leaves my skin with a beautiful healthy-looking glow.
There isn't a scent, and I like that because I've found that I like to spray a perfume on after using it and it helps the scent stay on my skin for longer.
I love the simple glass packaging, it looks beautiful in my bathroom cabinet, although with me being the most clumsy person on the planet I do have to be very careful with the glass bottle+oily fingers situation and always make sure I have a towel as protection under where I'm using it!!
I'm looking forward to trying it out in different ways!

I received Dewcy'‘s Miracle Oil a couple of weeks ago so far I have just just used it as a first cleanse in my PM routine and I love how soft and hydrated it leaves my skin as well as completely removing all my makeup including mascara, it can also be used as a body oil and a hair mask which I'll try this weekend so will report back how I get on .

I’ve always had a love/hate relationships with face and hair oils, purely because they can be extremely heavy and sticky.
Let’s not forget you’re looking at a girl with fine hair and oily skin so initially I would say no thanks to oil based products.
Well until I met you my miracle oil! I have really been loving DEWCY #NOFILTER Miracle Oil in my hair, on my skin, as an overnight hair treatment, on my cuticles, you name it!
The versatile nourishing oil is only made of Camellia Japonica Oil from The Izu Islands which known for its rich volcanic soil.
It contains high levels of Oleic Acid, which helps replenish the skin’s barrier, prevent water loss and protecting it from environmental factors which can be very damaging.
I have used this as a cleanser and it works both as my first cleanse and second with no traces of greasy unwanted residue. Another great way has been as an overnight hair treatment and it just leaves my hair so silky soft and nourished with no tangles in sight. I have also been using it as an overnight face oil which has been a real treat and sinks in beautifully.

Last week I was sent this beautiful #NoFilter Supersized Miracle Oil by DEWCY and boy this has made my skin as smooth as the day I was born!
It contains just ONE ingredient which is Cold pressed unrefined Camellia oil which is known for its fatty acids and rich in vitamins too.
This is multitasking at its finest as this can be used not only as an oil cleanser but a body oil, overnight facial overnight treatment, hair treatment, cuticle oil, facial oil the list is endless!.
I’ve only used this so far as a cleanser and it’s removed all makeup once I’ve double cleansed but you will need to remove with a damp cloth. My skin feels extra baby smooth and this is a definite replacement for my Chanel now that’s about ran out!

It’s been just over a month since this little beaut arrived. I was so excited because so far everything they have sent me, I’ve loved and use in a regular basis. So I had high hopes for this!
This first thing you need to get your head around is, it’s not your typical oil, for example it’s not something you’d use to remove your make up with (ohhh nooooo) as Marks & Spencer’s would say “this isn’t any ordinary oil, this is DEWCY luxury oil” ... this is amazing and what’s more, there are so many ways to use this too! The lovely team at DEWCY gifted me this really quite elegant bottle of Miracle Oil which is 100% unrefined Camellia Oil. And it’s so lovely to have this massive jar at the bedside to reach to as it’s so versatile!
Rich in omegas, fatty acids, antioxidants, emollients, a great all rounder for skin, nail and hair health. There is no scent which I love this is pure Camellia Japonica. As I’ve recently had medical micro needling, skin is a little sensitive so after a first cleanse a layer of this massaged in and warm flannel off is divine. Nourishment and calming, excess oil massaged on all the body including the nails and hair.
Tried this on my kids and they loved it as it was non greasy and had no aroma. The texture is incredibly light yet with body, it feels lovely on the skin, goodness.

“I am 37, Indian skintone and HAIRY AF! Always have been always will be! I don't think I realise how hairy until I remove it. In my normal life I used to have a hot wax on my face every 4-6 weeks, and thread my upper lip in-between.
Now though, I have been using Dewcy’s dermaplanning tools for around 3 months these are available in multi packs.
Sustainability always bothered me with these types of products and Dewcy’s are sustainably made! The blade on these is incredibly sharp, and stay sharp for continued and multi use, I give mine a good clean after use.

“There She Goes Dermaplaner”. “I'’ve been using this for a month since I’ve received it and I’m blown away.
Dermaplaning removes peach fuzz AKA fine facial hair and sloughs off dead skin gently exfoliating the skin. It’s super easy to use and in 4 minutes your complexion will be glowing and hair free. It doesn’t hurt at all and hair doesn’t grow back thicker. These are eco-friendly as they’ve been made from wheat straw.
I cannot recommend these more to you all.”

“Will you just FLUFF OFF….! With Dewcy’s dermaplaners that’s exactly what you can expect... peach fuzz, unwanted facial hair - consider it gone, in a super easy, quick and pain free way.

“The first thing I noticed when using them is the quality of the blade. It’s so gentle on my skin and where I’ve purchased a few on Amazon before, I found some to be a bit harsh against the skin. These glide on without any difficulty and with no irritation in sight!
These dermaplaners are made of 80% Wheat Straw, which is considered a waste product and pressed with a biodegradable material making it 100% biodegradable - winning!
Any step taken to care about the planet, I’m there!”

“What I love about these guys is the little blade with the tiny teeth. You won’t get it caught or cut yourself. They are so safe to use. I love the style of these, how they are slightly bent. Honestly they are amazing compared to what I was using, which were plastic ones where the teeth are really wide. I actually don’t use them anymore because I didn’t like the texture, so I’m so glad I’ve had these from Dewcy. They come in packs of 3 so you get good use out of them. What I love is the fact that they are made out of natural products, which you guys know I love. They really give your skin an amazing finish. So if you are into looking after your skin and getting rid of peach fuzz then I highly recommend these!”

“I was that person who was not sure about having a dermaplane done. I thought once I started I would end up looking like a fuzzy bear ha.
