Q. Do you test on animals?
A. Absolutely not!
Q. Can I use Dewcy products during pregnancy or when I’m nursing?
A. As a skincare brand we are not able to provide specific medical advice relating to our products, so please speak with your GP or midwife before using any of our products.
Q. Are Dewcy products Vegan-friendly?
A. Yes, all our products are 100% Vegan-friendly.
Q. Are Dewcy products fragranced?
A. No, all our skincare products are fragrance free.
Q. Do you have samples I can try?
A. Unfortunately we do not offer samples at this point as we are unable to do so sustainably.
Q. I think I have had a reaction to a product, what should I do?
A.We are very sorry to hear that, please stop using the suspected product immediately. If you bought the product via dewcy.com, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team at hello@dewcy.com or call us on 0161 6696888 to discuss your concerns.
If you bought via your local retailer/stockist or another online retailer, please contact them directly for advice.

Q. I’ve made a mistake with my order, can I amend it?
A. Don’t worry we’ve all been there. We will do our utmost to amend your order if we can. Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are usually processed the same day, so do get in contact with us as soon as possible. Click here to contact us.
Q. Can I use discount codes more than once?
A. We are known to offer discounts from time to time as well as sending our subscribed customers special offers (be sure to sign up to get notified.) We also have brand ambassador/influencer codes that run all year round. Each individual code will state the discounted percentage, usage, and validity period so please take note of this information.
