THE CONCEPT BEHIND DEWCY CAME FROM A HEARTBREAKING PHONE CALL!
BACK IN 2020 SARAH, RECEIVED A CALL FROM A REALLY CLOSE FRIEND, WHO HAD RECENTLY BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER.
“She had to change so much in her life, eliminating things from her diet, avoiding certain chemicals in her skincare. Which actually proved the most problematic for her as trying to decipher the ingredients on the back of her skincare with no brand explanation was just overwhelming, not knowing what she could and couldn’t use on her newly sensitive but long term acne prone skin. It seemed all her acne products were no longer suitable! A problem that I know so many women with sensitive skin have, not just those suffering from illness. With so many women asking ‘What product will effectively treat my skin condition without causing my sensitive skin to react?’ This very question went round and round my head and actually paved the way for the concept behind Dewcy.”
